About Mary Immaculate Academy
Mary Immaculate Academy is a mixed day and boarding school which began on 16th January, 1995. Now 25 years. It was established by the religious institute of Mary Immaculate of Nyeri and is run by the sisters of mary immaculate.
We are located at Mweiga town along the Nyeri – Nyahururu highway 13 km from Nyeri town.
Strong Christian Values
The school, being owned and ran by the Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Nyeri Diocesan religious Institute is not only academic-oriented but it also offers holistic formation. The spiritual welfare of the pupils is handled by the school chaplain. Therefore, in the light of the school motto prayer is our way of life, we have Eucharistic Celebration on Wednesdays and Sundays, Sacraments of reconciliation termly, while annually the pupils receive the sacrament of initiation having been taught by the novices of St. Theresa's Noviciate Mweiga.
